Install
Head over to SWI-Prolog.
Click the download link, then the 'stable release' link.
Look for the 'SWI-Prolog/XPCE for MS-Windows' download.
Once downloaded, run the executable to install.
Head back to the SWI-Prolog downloads page.
Click the documentation link and grab both html document downloads.
Both are gzipped tar files, so use 7zip to unarchive them.
Extract both to the root directory where you installed SWI-Prolog.
You'll end up with a 'Manual' and a 'UserrGuide' subdirectory.
Next, head over to Gerhard Rohner's site.
Download the setup.zip, extract it to a temporary folder and run setup.exe.
